The Friends of Sea Point Pavilion (“FSPP”)

The Sea Point Pavilion is one of the most beautiful pool complex in the world, nestling right by the Atlantic Ocean which stretches, uninterruptedly, all the way to South America.

The Complex offers 4 different pools:

  1. Main training pool 50m x 25m x 1.5m
  2. Diving pool 20m x 15.5m x 5m
  3. Fun pool 28m x 20m x 0.9m
  4. Kiddies pool 28m x 11.5m x 0.4m

The FSPP was formed in 2009 to assist the City of Cape Town in keeping this aquatic treasure in best condition and to help develop swimming for people who do not have regular access to water and swimming pools. The FSPP is a non-profit organisation governed by its Constitution and its members. It is operated by its by its Management Committee.

The FSPP holds an annual AGM for all members to report on progress and projects, and to elect its Management Committee.
